As a yoga instructor- I often hear,’ I would come more often but i don’t have the time’. My answer is always the same, Practice at HOME. Commit to rolling out your mat every morning, or 3 times a week. It can be as short as 5 minutes. This sacred act; of just rolling out your mat and getting on it, is very special. You can do some easy stretches and then start to combine a few sun salutations. Take a look at this video, it’s a good one to help you get started in your HOME PRACTICE.
