Yoga changes everything, but it happens, using the ‘one step at a time’ business plan. I daily tell my students( yes, repetitively) that the benefits are subtle. It’s exactly this slow but steady incline that builds our foundations to change. If you can commit to JUST 10 MINUTES on your mat a day you will change. This approach is not stressful but yet far reaching and built to last.
Thankfully, my students tell me that they feel the benefits of YOGA in their lives. In meditation I often say, ” its time to HARNESS YOUR GRATITUDE”. People tell me they are more thankful for their lives and the things and people in their lives. Hooray! Being thankful will ALWAYS bring you to higher ground, a lighter state of being. Yoga Changes everything but we must practice and stay the course. The benefits are not always immediate.
